Ma Myat Noe records a Makro letter here. A letter can take effect before it arrives. Type the effective date, the day you recorded it, the departments it names, and the amounts from the letter. Software recomputes against pay already issued and shows the delta. It does not change a closed pack and it does not write Excel. Service charge is 18 percent because that is what her book does. The only written 20 percent claim was never confirmed.
