They enter days, unpaid, OT, and PH OT for Store Basic and O2O. Software generates the close pack from the frozen roster. Fingerprint is a clock check, not the payslip. Head Office, Non Buying, and part time still need Ma Myat Noe's books.

Payroll to Makro HR first. Record each send on Close. Invoices one to five days later, usually batched on one day. The bank files last. Software does not press Send.
Pa Pa and Ei Thinzar Phyo take clocks at the store. That is not this website. Ma Myat Noe calculates Excel. If she is away, Pa Pa and Ei Thinzar Phyo type Store Basic and O2O days on Attendance from the frozen roster. Head Office, Non Buying, part time, and TRM office still need her books. This website checks nets. Ma Myat Noe still sends the mail. That is not GM work.
Nine packs in one month
- Store 1 Basic and Store 1 O2O. 17th to 16th.
- Store 2 Basic and Store 2 O2O. 17th to 16th.
- Head Office and Non Buying. 26th to 25th.
- Part time. Calendar month.
- Makro AYA salary list. Not an invoice.
- TRM office. Calendar month. Ma Myat Noe sends this AYA. Not a Makro invoice.
Software does not invent a full company run from attendance. Four store books can start on Attendance. The other books stay Excel.
What the software does and does not do
The software checks Excel nets after Ma Myat Noe has calculated them. It writes bank CSV files, print invoices, leave lists, and the generated AYA file.
The generated AYA uses Calc nets. It copies accounts from the dropped salary list.
It never invents accounts, NRC, or invoice numbers. It does not send Gmail.
It does not write her Makro Excel file.
On iPad, use the Open files button. Do not drag files.
Who does what
- Pa Pa takes attendance for Store 1.
- Ei Thinzar Phyo takes attendance for Store 2.
- Ma Myat Noe is HR Operation Manager and payroll project owner. She calculates Makro, runs Close, and sends the mail, including the TRM office bank file.
- Thet Mon Thein is General Manager. Business, development, and the company. Not Close, not bank files, not typing days.
- Ma Yupa and Khine Zar are Store 1 Makro HR.
- Ma Su is Store 2 Makro HR.
Store 1 is ST701. Store 2 is ST702.
Ko Ko Htike Aung built this software for that team. He is the founder. He does not type days, close packs, or send payroll mail.
What we already proved
On 29 Aug 2026 the running desk closed 8 of 9 packs and 195 people. Store books came from frozen rosters. Head Office (6), Non Buying (4), part time (17, July book), and TRM office (10, July book) came from the real Excel. The salary list was not dropped on the public desk.
Invoice number RS/0S/INV/0031/2026 came from her Head Office PDF. Software did not invent it.
May 2026 had 8 closed packs. There was no TRM office that month.
The generated AYA had 163 people.
Poe Nu Htwe's Calc net was 243,600.00.
June 2026 had 197 Calc nets.
No bank account numbers or NRC are shown here.

JDE bought the same outsourced payroll until 1 July 2026. Those invoices were PS/INV. JDE is not a pack on this month.
Print invoices still say The Recruiter Myanmar Co., Ltd. A second TRM legal entity issues its own accounts. It is not a second payroll client on this desk.
